For every project in your solution,<\/p>\n

  1. Close your solution<\/li>\n
  2. Open every project file in notepad ( csproj for c# projects )<\/li>\n
  3. Look for the ToolsVersion attribute<\/li>\n
  4. Make sure all projects are using the same ToolsVersion<\/li>\n
  5. Save<\/li>\n
  6. Load your solution and deploy.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
    Note: <\/b>The Target Framework Framework is not the same as Tools Version<\/div>\n
